Effect of intrathecal CCG50014 on the formalin-induced nociceptive responses in the RGS4-knockout (RGS4KO) mice. Vehicle (12% DMSO) or CCG50014 (100 nmol) was intrathecally injected 5 min before the formalin injection into the RGS4KO (RGS4(-/-))or wild type (RGS4(+/+)) mice. In RGS4 mice, the nociceptive behavioral responses were not statistically different between CCG50014 (CCG) and vehicle group in both the early phase (A) and the late phase (B); Tukey post hoc test * P <0.01, significantly different from the value in the vehicle/wild type group; n=5 mice per group.
