University Voic Upgrade
Why?
Key Points
Expand voic features with upgraded technology infrastructure.
Prepare for Exchange Online (Outlook ) migration which requires this upgrade.
Maintain support for phone system software.
If you manage voic from a phone, review and delete existing voic s BEFORE April 12th.
Your PIN will need to be reset, and a new greeting recorded.
Multiple methods will be available for accessing voice mail.
Your current voice mail configuration will not change.
Additional Information
When?
 April 13, 2019 – new Unity voice mail system available.
After your voice mail is moved:
Temporary PIN will be ed to you.
Create a new PIN (must be at least 4 numbers).
Record a new voice mail greeting or keep default.
Review the “How to Retrieve Voice Mail” document.
