What is your image of what a manager/director of a child development program does?
What skills and knowledge do you think are necessary for being an effective manager/director?
What parts of the job do you think you would enjoy? 
What parts do you think you would find difficult? 
Does it take a certain type of personality to do well in the manager’s role?
