Student Registration One Time Registration is required by the Students on the e-Kalyan Portal by, filling a generic application form which would capture the basic personal details of the Student Student Can Login with the User credentials for filling the Online Scholarship Application form for submission. Also, Students have the provision to Upload the Scanned copies of the Certificates/Documents as required on the portal
