3 Sin is transgression of the law {lawlessness} (1 Jn. 3:4)
Sin is explained (1 Cor. 6:9-10; Gal. 5:19-21) Both have “will not inherit the kingdom of God” Sin brings death (Rom. 6:23) Hell is the eternal destiny and punishment of those who engage in sin (Rev. 21:8; 20:14)

4 Today we may find sin “watered down”
A deliberate changing of terminology An acceptance due to societal “reforms” It is what the people want

5 Jesus is the Lamb of God (Jn. 1:29)
A blood sacrifice (Heb. 9:22) Take away sins (1 Jn. 3:5) He died for us {sinners} (Rom. 5:8) A sacrifice for sin (Heb. 9:23-28) A costly sacrifice (1 Peter 1:18-19)

6 Jesus becomes a “watered down” sacrifice when sin is marginalized
If sin is “no big deal Jesus’ death is insignificant Much ado about nothing Just so much fear mongering

7 Will you do it now? Dead in sin, made alive in Christ (Eph. 2:1-9)
Eternal salvation to all who obey Him (Heb. 5:9) Believe in Jesus (Jn. 8:24) Repent of sins (Lk. 13:3) Confess Christ (Matt. 10:32) Be baptized (Mk. 16:16) Will you do it now?
