2. Hour Check
Please start turning in your hours so we know where you’re at and ing it all to us at or turn them in to Elizabeth in Mrs. West’s room.
If you volunteer outside of key club be sure to show us proof (picture, t-shirt, etc) so that we can sign off on your hours !
Your volunteer hours MUST be signed off by a sponsor at the event, an officer, or a key club sponsor.
Seniors if you haven’t already, come see us after the meeting if you are aiming to get a cord or stole for graduation.

3. Field Day Location: Meyer Park (7700 Cypresswood Dr, Spring, TX 77379)

Cost: $5 for food tickets or $5 games wristband ($10 total)

4. Banquet Attire: Formal Wear Date: April 20, 2018 Time: 6:00-9:00 pm
Locations: West Dining Hall
Cost: $15 Per person (pre-ordered) or $17 per person (at Door)

If you have any game ideas for Field Day or Banquet award ideas, please share it with us after the meeting !!

6. T-Shirts If you haven’t already, don’t forget to buy a T-shirt for $10

7. Leukemia fundraiser February Fundraiser!!
We are partnering with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Any student who raises $50 gets a free t-shirt from the program.
If the school raises at least $750, Olive garden will provide lunch to the classroom that raises the most money.

8. Leukemia fundraiser (cont.)
Our goal is $200 per classroom (20 people giving $10).
When classes raise the amount below, they will earn:
$100-$199…. A Bronze Pennant
$ …. A Silver Pennant
$300 (or more).... A Gold Pennant
Hours for fundraising will be determined and issued upon further communication with Mrs. Bare.
