1. RCPA QAP 2005 CSF Samples 9-09, 9-10
Tracks 1-4 are Isoelectric Focused (IEF) examples of QAP samples 9-09 & 9-10.
Tracks 1 & 2 are stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R 250 (CBB).
Tracks 3 & 4 are stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R 250 (CBB) and then overlayed with silver stain.
Application volume is 1.5μl of neat CSF.
Pharmolyte Ampholytes: pH 3-10.

Shown opposite are CSF QAP samples #9-09 and #9-10 which have undergone Immunoblotting onto IgG-Ab coated PVDF membrane following Isoelectric Focusing.
Detection is then made with an enzyme-labelled (HRP) second antibody.
