1. Legislative Branch Test
Part I: Multiple choice- just like last test.
Part II: Matching- Two sets of matching on this test. Study both Intro to Congress H.O.s, and Leadership in Congress and Congress at Work. Know the names of the leadership positions in both houses.
Part III: Roles of a Congressman- just like on the worksheet, but I will only list the roles, not define them for you.
Part IV: Steps for a Bill to Become a Law. You will need to fill in the steps from a list of options for each step that a bill might go through to become a law.
Part V: Short Answer- Be able to explain the significance of committees and things they do. Also be able to explain what you think a representative would do if faced with a tough decision.
