2. I.F.T.S. (Education and Technical Formation Superior)
It is a post-secondary education course for students who have already attended a diploma.
It lasts 1200 hours and is based on an agreement among school, university and firms in order to form new professional figures aimed to satisfy the needs of the regional labour market.
During the course of study students develop professional skills through teamwork, analysis of actual cases, stages in firms.
At the end of the course the students take a final exam to get the Regional Certificate of Superior Technical Specialization which is recognized both in Italy and in Europe

3. P.A.S. (Alternative Experimental Courses )
They are courses that aim to the social reintegration of young people who are out of the formative and educational system and to their introduction into the world of work.
These courses are organized to facilitate the acquisition of basic skills which allow the students
to insert in the social life and to continue their studies.
The teaching strategies used are different from the traditional ones and are carachterized by attractive languages and teaching / relational methodologies.
These courses ensure the interaction among school, formation and firms even through a more profitable use of technologies.
They are attended by students who are younger than 18 years old and who have passed the Licenza Media exam and who are out of the school/ formative system because they are not following any formative courses.

4. Alternative Experimental Courses
Experimental Alternative Courses are integrated that is organized by:
a professional, technical or artistic school
an accredited professional formation institution
a firm which will guest the stages.
The students attend an integrated course of education and professional formation in which the professional axis (professional subjects and stages) is guaranteed by the formation share which at the moment in technical and professional schools varies from 25% to 45% of the curricular teaching hours.
After attending this course the students will have acquired the basic skills to continue their course of study.
P.A.S. courses last two years.
Students who pass with success this two-year course get a first regional professional qualification.
