Why do it? Increase the number of Technical sales with existing resource Automated daily trackers – no more trying to find orders we have worked on. Closer to the rest of the business by team alignment – more repeat business Increase the amount of customers buying our technical brands Clear brand identity as “Midwich Technical” both internally and to customers Single point of contact for customer to work with on Technical products Become better at understanding the technology we promote Simplify the OTE scheme
