Also noted is bilateral renal enlargement with innumerable renal cysts (yellow arrow), confirming diagnosis of Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease. Figure 2 The Figure shows a robust response to intraperitoneal (IP) antibiotics. Please note the downtrend of peritoneal dialysis (PD) fluid white blood cell (WBC) count within 10 days of IP antibiotic therapy. The patient sustained this response for a full 3 weeks at completion of antibiotics. The last observation suggests normal count after completion of antibiotic therapy.
