What is it like to be our customer? What are we trying to accomplish? How will we know if the change is an improvement? What changes can we test that may result in an improvement? Where you can apply or practice what you just learned: How to apply this back in the office Practice defining aims and using data to measure outcomes. If you do you will know if you are making changes or making improvements! Communicate with staff about what you are trying to do, ask them to provide input and insight. Hold yourself and your team accountable for completing action items. Keep a record of improvement efforts and have on hand for audits.
