2. Common Tender claims Discoloration to vinyl siding
Discoloration to carpet & hardwood floors
Chemical exposure
After application there is a noticeable discoloration to the surface treated consistent with the application.
Chemical exposure losses are the most difficult to tender as most labels have Precautionary Statements with regards to humans and domestic animals.

We will want to review any indemnification language
Service ticket should outline the target pest, the chemical & amounts used and treatment style (crack crevice, fanning, etc..)
Did tech follow the label? Can the product be used for this pest with this method? Any warnings on label?

City H20 shows mixture of Mikron using the local city water
Note: both are consistent with the discoloration running down from the windows confirming the problem wasn’t with the mixture and or water used.
