FINAL REPORT What is a final report? Written upon the completion of any undertaken project. It is the project result. There are three (3) parts.

FINAL REPORT Part 1 (The Introduction) This part contains the seven components of the proposal; The Background of Study, Statement of Problem(s), Objectives, Significance of the Study, Limitation of the Study, Definition of Terms, Procedures/ Methodology. Note: To be written in the past tense.

FINAL REPORT Part 2 ( The Body) This section comprises the following components; a) The theoretical background (Literature Review). - description of the theory that underlies your project.

FINAL REPORT Part 3 (The Conclusion) There are three components in this part: Discussing the meeting of objectives. - Tell the reader whether you met your objectives, and if not the extent to which you did meet them.

ASSIGNMENT 2. Findings The longest and most important section of the report. Present the findings of your study in the form of graphs and tables, as well as in writing (the discussion/ explanation).

ASSIGNMENT Findings cont … Figures (graphs, tables, and diagrams) present the complete findings in numerical terms while the text helps the reader to focus on, and discuss the important points of the result.
