Gotchas Can only get Apple iOS apps from App Store which is controlled by Apple (no porn) Android is tuned for different manufacturers which starts to look like UNIX CompTIA mentions Touch Flow as if it were a standard feature. Its not and its outdated. HTC used it

Enhancing Hardware No can do – closed systems No field replaceable parts (FRUs); something breaks you send whole unit back You can plug in earbuds or speakers

Apple Expansion Not much even though they dominate the markets Can mirror the screen to a projector (using Apple Keynote)
