3. Schedule Proposal - Dates
22 games / 11 weeks + Playoffs
Propose changing to 20 games + Playoffs
Eliminate the week 11 “Play In” games
Allows for extra week for makeups or DE tournament if weather cooperates
Propose eliminate “practice” and start games April 5th/8th and have a week off for EB tournament and Easter Friday. Start again April 22nd
No games the weekend of the May 24th – 27th for Memorial Day weekend
No games the weekend of July 5th – 8th
July 4th holiday and girls tournament
Church Conflicts needed no later than March 5pm.

4. Division Layouts
Lost multiple top level teams again this season, including all 3 Life Church teams and one Chapel Springs team that were going to be in Division 1
All teams will likely be playing in divisions that are traditionally higher then you would expect, but remember the entire league is moving up.
We have gone from 28 teams to 25 teams
25 teams, 3 divisions of 6, on division of 7
Need 1 more team to make this an even number for scheduling, otherwise the 7 team division will have 3 teams playing 3 game round robin each week.

Check your for verification, do not click this link unless you do not receive the .

11. Account Verification Email
This now activates your account on Sports Engine
Click on Activate My Account, and it should take you back to the MCSL website.

12. Clicking the activate may return you to the site, if it does, click registration again to continue the process

13. Fill out all required fields denoted with *
Click Continue button when done to move to next page of registration form until all forms are completed

14. Once the registration is completed, a league officer will need to go in and assign you to your team and give you coaches access
Once you have been assigned as coach of your team, continue to add players to your roster, which will send them an invite link to register in the league

15. Logout of the site
Return to the MCSL Site and login in the upper left corner

16. Note the new options on the top left that you will use later
Hover over MCSL Link, then Division, then click on your team

17. From your team page, turn on the edit switch on the left side of the screen by clicking the icon
You will see two new buttons pop up, Admin & Manage Team
Click on Mange Team

18. Verify your team information in the top left corner of the new tab
Click on Roster Link on left
This opens the main window to the roster list.
Click Add Players link

19. Enter all player information in the table including email address.
When all players are listed, click add players button at the bottom.
All players will now show on your roster as not confirmed
Players will receive an inviting them to join Sports Engine, fill out league registration form, and claim their user name you created.
Ensure they add update their profiles completely with addresses and cell phone numbers to allow them to receive team and league notifications that are sent out.
They can also download the Sports Engine App to their phones to enable
