3. If you have new teachers to the Challenge you need to register them first. (Or get them to register themselves!)

4. Once all of your groups are set-up you will be able
to transfer participants from one
Group to another
Select Transfer Participants

5. Select a viewing option that best suits you
NB. Ungrouped are those participants whose group has been closed down

6. Choose the group that you wish to transfer participants from by selecting it from the drop down box
Choose the group that you wish to transfer the participants to by selecting it from the drop down box
Choose the group that you wish to transfer participants from by selecting it from the drop down box

7. You can choose individuals OR ‘Select All’ then click Transfer

8. Your Super powers also
allow you to perform
Set-up functions for all groups. Including:
Registering or removing
participants
Changing group names
Closing groups

9. You can:
Change participant passwords
Edit participant details
Set negotiated criteria for
students with disabilities

10. Your Super powers also allow you to:
Change coordinator passwords and
coordinator details

11. At the end of the Challenge
you can approve all activities for all groups

12. Don’t forget to check the ‘Awards Selection’ screen to ensure your students receive the correct medal
