SQA/College Planning meetings take place June – August Selections and allocations start in August - activity from September to June Graded Unit selections planning commences October – activity in June

Qualification Verification Outcomes
EVs provide verbal feedback on QV activity EVs complete an agreed action form and issue to centre EVs advise of outcome rating but do not impose sanctions Non compliant reports are reviewed by SQA

Appropriately qualified staff (2.1) Invalid instruments of assessment (4.3) Candidates’ own work (4.4) Fair judgements by assessors (4.6)

Qualification Verification Outcomes
EVs will request either electronic evidence or a return visit for non compliant criteria Evidence must be submitted prior to the agreed action date SQA will remind centres of agreed action date Where no evidence is submitted, SQA will review outcome rating and sanctions and issue evidence review report to centre
