This should inform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on deployment of foreign military assets which would be required.

Scientists, NSET and MOHA, SF, OCHA and others to refine and localise the EQ scenario and Key Immediate Needs.
Continue using joint scenario for civil-military exercises and to inform one joint contingency plan for Government/military and international partners.

Update the MNMCC coordination mechanism and reflect the proposed structure in the new NDRF.
