5. Step Three- The Presentation
Everyone must speak
Stand up and speak loudly
Be a good audience and listen to your peers (respectful)
Must include all information on the listening sheet (next slide)

6. Step Four- The listening sheet
During the presentation you will be required to fill out a listening sheet which covers geography, economy, and government

8. Geography
Located in the Middle East in an area known as the Fertile Crescent
The two major rivers are called the Tigris and Euphrates rivers
Ancient Mesopotamia was one of the earliest civilizations. It came about during the Neolithic time period and many rich cultures were developed surrounding the Tigris and Euphrates rivers which allowed for great agriculture to expand in region. The country developed irrigation to help take advantage of the two rivers. The area is currently mostly dessert, but at one time had more agriculture.
