Trust in God! Perfect peace comes from facing the reality of life with the full assurance of God’s sovereignty and goodness. “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
9
Trust in God! “A Christian’s freedom from anxiety is not due to some guaranteed freedom from trouble, but to the folly of worry and especially to the confidence that God is our Father, that even permitted suffering is within the orbit of His care.” – John Stott
10
Prayer “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 “Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7
