Pay Structure Salary Schedules
· We do not pay on half day or full day work · Clock punching will be required for each assignment you work -Pay rate will be hourly based on clock punches Example: $85 a day / 8.0 hours = $ per hour Clock Punches: 7:45, 11:45 = 4 hours $ per hour x 4 hours = $42.50 · If you forget to punch please let the campus office staff know as soon as possible, or you can me at

You will be assigned an Employee ID that will be used to punch If you are working 2 jobs in one day you must clock in and out at the start and end of each assignment.

Affordable Healthcare Act (ACA)
· Health Insurance will be offered to all Substitutes · Must accept/decline by August 18, 2017 · 1st premium will be due on August 18, 2017 · Monthly Premiums will be due by the 15th of each month · 1st missed payment will result in policy cancellation · We will not offer payroll deductions for premiums
