The Cisco Commerce Experience is simple, collaborative and enables partners to sell, purchase and manage all Cisco offerings globally to drive growth, productivity and profitability in their business. Cisco Commerce Workspace (formerly Partner Deal Registration) is foundational to the Commerce Experience; an integrated Quoting platform that allows partners to access Cisco pricing concessions and programs. 5

19 Create Deal – Enter Deal Name
Enter the Deal Name and click Create Deal. CustomerABC NOC Remember, this Deal Name displays in your reports and lists in Cisco Commerce Workspace; be sure the Deal Name reflects the customer and the proposed solution.

20 Navigation The Deal ID displays.
If you click into a different tab, all deal details are automatically saved. Tabs guide you through the steps. Do not use the browser “back” button; use tabs to navigate. Voice same as slide, play along with animation Save your work at any time using the Save button. Click Save and Continue to move to the next step in the workflow (just like clicking a tab).

21 Who’s Involved Contact Information Deal Sharing Partner enters contact information and can share the deal with others at their company or at Cisco. Customer Partner Cisco Share the Deal 21

Who’s Involved is the first step, capturing Partner, End Customer and Cisco contact details. Partner Customer Voice same as slide, play along with animation Cisco

Partner Partner Name and Address displays. Click the checkbox to enter yourself as the Contact; or enter your partner sales Contact for the deal. Voice same as slide, play along with animation

Customer Click Select an End Customer. Voice same as slide, play along with animation For Non-Resale or Demo/Lab deals, designate your Partner company as the End Customer.

Customer Select the End Customer’s Country. Voice same as slide, play along with animation Complete required fields and if known, recommended fields, then click Search.

Click on your End Customer. Customer Voice same as slide, play along with animation If your End Customer is not listed, search again and widen the search criteria. If the End Customer is still not found, click Create Customer to add the Customer’s details to Cisco’s database. Use this option cautiously. Click Select.

29 Deal Sharing Deal Sharing: collaborate by sharing access to your deal(s) with others at your company or anyone at Cisco; they can then: Receive about the deal Modify a quote Include shared deals in reports Click the Share link at anytime. 36 Promotions Pricing concessions on deals are often based on promotions available to the partner. A list of promotions the partner is eligible for displays. Deals with Qualification: Click Save and Continue to move on to the Review and Submit tab.

Remember, Cisco Commerce Workspace Review will display the Review and Submit page only for deals that require the Qualify step. Click tabs or Edit link to review deal information. Messages may appear in the Deal Information section if a form is incomplete. 40 Create Deal – Submission Acknowledgement
Once submitted for Qualification, this message is displayed The Partner’s Next Action is to Wait for Qualification decision from Cisco. Voice same as slide, play along with animation is sent to the partner and to the First Approver of the deal.

Discounts and & Credits can be viewed by Line Item Summary, Line Item Details, Products and Service.

Line Item Summary, displays total discounts and credits per Item. When the Buy Method is a distributor, Discount details must come from the distributor directly. When the Buy Method is Cisco, Discounts display.

62 Quote – Line Item Details
Line Item Details view displays standard and promotional pricing for Cisco fulfilled Items.

Products and Service shows standard and promotional pricing. For Cisco fulfilled Items.

64 Quote – Export Item List
The Export link enables a download of the Quote to Excel. Click Save and Continue to submit the Quote to Cisco!

65 Review and Submit Click the Edit links to view deal information.
When ready to submit the deal to Cisco, click Submit Quote for Approval.

66 Review and Submit – Acknowledgement
Once submitted for Approval, this message is displayed. The Next Partner Action is to Wait for Approval decision from Cisco. Voice same as slide, play along with animation is sent to the partner and to the Approver of the deal.

Place orders with deal information. Partner Always reference the Cisco Commerce Workspace Deal ID when ordering directly from Cisco Distributor Authorization ID (DART) is automatically created, for all Distributors, for all lines fulfilled by Distribution, when the deal is Approved by Cisco notification that the deal has been approved (including revision approvals) refer to the Distributor Authorization ID’s (DARTs) for all lines fulfilled by Distribution 73

74 Cisco Ordering Tool – Deal ID
Place a Standard Order. Under Payments and Taxes (in header details tab) enter the Deal ID from Cisco Commerce Workspace. Voice same as slide, play along with animation Do not use Promotion Code or Ordering Processing Notes fields.

75 Deal Expiration Place orders before the deal expires
Expiration notices will arrive for you 14 and 4 days prior to expiration Check your program rules to see if extensions are allowed When the Deal is within 14 days of expiration, the Request a Deal Extension feature may be available depending on your program rules Log in to Cisco Commerce Workspace and open the deal Click Request a Deal Extension from the Review and Submit tab is sent to the partner, the CAM and the AM on the Deal. If you have questions, contact the CAM If the Deal is successfully extended, any Distribution Authorization ID’s (DARTs) associated with the deal will be extended to match the new Deal Expiration date. 75

Should you wish to revert to the Quote that was Approved (prior to clicking Edit This Quote) click Restore Quote. Use this feature to erase all modifications. The Quote is in Re-Opened status and must be submitted and approved by Cisco (even if Modifications are not made to the Quote).

The Quote is in Re-Opened status. Click Review and Submit to submit the revised Quote for Approval by Cisco will be sent to you when the Approval process is completed by Cisco.

Utilize the search criteria to refine the list of Deals to be shared. Click the checkbox to share all Deals shown on the page. Click Share Deal to designate those with whom you wish to share the Deal.

98 Reporting Reports are available from the Home Page.
Define the deals you wish to report by selecting Show and Filter by Deal Status criteria. Click Search Click Download List for an Excel report of deal information (columns) as shown here on the home page. Click Generate Report for a detailed report with over fifty columns of information.
