1. Mathematics Enrichment
Students at Brightstowe are not only encouraged to stretch and deepen their understanding of mathematics within the classroom but also in an extracurricular context too. Each year we select students to participate in both the UK Junior and Intermediate Maths Challenges. Last year 600,000 students participated in these events nationally. It is the biggest national maths competition in the United Kingdom. Students also participate in team competitions across the regional Oasis Hub against local academies.
