Data confidentiality
When you are giving your documents to translators, they commit themselves to respecting the privacy of your data. You have the option to have them sign a confidentiality clause. The system we use is completely secure, encrypted with the OVH technology.
The platform enables you to work with a single channel and to centralize the all of your translation projects. You can pool the translation memories from the whole of your services, thereby saving your projects as well as money and time.

Since websites development is not standardized, to date, there is no solution allowing us to retrieve their data automatically. You shall thus provide a document to translate in a format that we can use. (Office, .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .xml, etc.)

6. The solution “Powered by Eazylang”
International VAT
Translators address their tax-exclusive invoices to Eazylang, the latter then applies the French VAT and sends the final invoices to the clients.
All of the registered translators are graduated and experienced translation professionals. On the one hand, each profile is examined by a member of the platform staff before validating the registration. On the other hand, the technology developed by Eazylang is based on the storage and exploitation of the content already translated by the professional. Indeed, translators provide translation memories for each of their language pairs and competences when they sign up, which allows the algorithm to match them with the documents to translate.
