Client Debrief Checklist, v1
What did the client say? Describe in a few sentences the key topics of the meeting Any trades? The goal of this checklist is to provide a tool to guide brief, post-appointment conversations between the FA and BOA to insure that notes and activities that are important to advancing the client relationship are recorded and necessary actions captured with appropriate follow up. The size of this checklist is the same as a business card, intentionally. Print them and cut them out. Put them in wallets, vehicle dash, cell phone cases, taped to computer monitors to drive the habit of team accountability to what happens after a meeting. Your work on this is the best preparation for the next client contact. Make the habit of quick, client debrief conversations to close open loops and deepen client relationships. If yes, does the BOA need to execute them? Any account changes? Triggers: Risk tolerance, Advisory solutions, Financial Foundations, etc. Any follow up? Triggers: Financial foundations, Next appointment, client referrals, etc.
