For P6 you need to gather Feedback on your Multimedia Presentation
You must respond to the feedback and complete and amendments.
Open the website
And sign up for a FREE account

4. Sign-up for a BASIC account using your full name as the username and your college address. UNTICK the option to keep in touch etc.

5. Click on Create Survey

Enter a title
Select Customer Feedback
Click on continue

8. Questions are entered here Select Multiple Choice Answers

9. Enter Answer Choices

10. Select ‘other’ to insert a comment box
Save and move on to the Next Question

Preview the Survey

21. Select Send the Survey

22. Copy and paste this link into an email and send it to 2 students

23. Select analyze results and print these out

24. Insert a title and then Continue
You now need to create a second survey for feedback on your design

This question is different as the user will need to give you extended feedback for your whole presentation
Select: ‘Require an answer’

34. Preview your finished survey

35. Copy and paste the link to the second survey and send to your students reviewers with the first survey link.

36. When completed, print off the survey results

37. When you log-in again, you will see the two surveys you have created
When you log-in again, you will see the two surveys you have created. Use the action buttons to access your results.

38. When your survey has been completed you MUST
Respond to the feedback.
Complete any corrections
Change any elements that have been criticized
P6 EVIDENCE: Print Presentation in COLOUR , 2 slides per page
Annotate on the printout what has been amended/changed.
