Customers can select their own books Staff will deliver library materials to customers in residential accommodation Fitted with a platform lift for maximum independence Dedicated community library

Delivered through 5 transit vans staffed by trained Home Library Officers; each van carrying wide selection of approx 800 items of stock Provides a library service in their own home to those unable to get to a library Serving over 850 customers Issuing 70,456 items annually A dedicated Asian Home Library Service van and officer also serving 120 customers

Computers at Home: a one to one service Telephone reading group via conference call Talking book readers group meets at the Central Library- guide dogs obviously welcome! Reminiscence talks to groups Author visits Staff will signpost to additional services and information resources

Free service with no fines/charges Customers can have as many items as they require for 4 weeks No limit on number of requests.
