2 Values Values are the ideals and moral guidelines by which we try to live our lives, as well as the criteria with we which we judge others

6 How My Values Relate to those of my Framily
Two of my Framily’s values are: Creativity Teamwork Creativity - The ability to create new meaningful forms and ideas from traditional ideas in hopes to create positive change Teamwork - Each member applies themselves to one or more roles as defined later on helping, and together establishing communication between all members in order to civilly come to consensus on ideas

7 How My Values Relate to those of my Framily
The other values my Framily chose also include: Loyalty Respect Loyalty - a sense of duty and commitment to the team as well as all of whom we represent in our larger community. Respect - To hold members to their highest standard and encouraging them to create a better version of themselves.

8 How My Values Relate to those of my Framily
My values relate to those of my Framily because the values for my Framily were decided on and defined using every members individual values The ideas of respect and loyalty are very important for my Framily especially in the context of the group as we hold members to their highest standard and expect a sense of commitment Fairness also plays a key role in my Framily as all members are heard and everyone’s ideas are taken into consideration. Furthermore, all members have a say when making decisions

The values of my Framily fit well into those of the engineering department My Framily, like the department of engineering, values respect and collaboration/teamwork Our values of creativity, teamwork, and respect are intended to further the learning of every member and to achieve excellence both as a group and an individual

Like the engineering department, I place emphasis on the value of respect and the crucial role it plays in all areas of life I value the idea of fairness and that all members should work at their highest standard to achieve excellence, so that we may all learn and further ourselves as student of engineering and as people Loyalty and a sense of commitment are crucial to a team’s ability to collaborate
