Design personalized, engaging learning opportunities for students, that build on student strengths and interests.
Collaborative, cross-curricular, core competencies and big ideas.
Create sense of belonging within the classroom (theme for year?)
Know your students and their story (school, community, home, goals, etc.)
Develop and update Student Learning Plan with each student.
Attendance, academic progress and transition/career plans
Arrange and chair on-going SLP meetings.
