Salary range The money ranges from how much their willing to pay you. It ranges between $270,000-$475,000 a year. You can also get more or less depending on the field your in. But the money doesn't come easy you actually have to work to succeed. A life lesson to be learned while trying to be an oncologist is that you can’t always have everything given to you.

Education or special training
You need ten or more years of college. You have to be ready for blood. You also need to be an intern for 3 to 8 years. Those 3 to 8 years are going to be hard as well. the internship is probably harder to do than the oncologist job. Education or special training

Special schools Some of the special schools include Johns Hopkins, a very prestigious school. To get into this school you would need a lot of money or you could get a scholarship. You also can’t just do whatever you want while there. John Hopkins is a dry school meaning no alcohol so if you get caught, you get kicked out.

Famous people associated with oncology
One of my famous people is Bernard fisher. He is dead. He was a wife and father. He was born august 18,1918. he won the Lasker medical research award. His wife passed as well, but their kids are still alive, except for one that died in a car accident.

My reaction. My reaction to this information is that………… I don’t really feel like I would be good for this job. I'm not patient which is something you need to be to be an oncologist. Plus the time it takes just wouldn’t seem like fun for me. My idea might change to being something like an actor or author or a trapeze artist that only sees his kids on weekend but he makes the most out of those weekends….or I could be a cashier.
