In celebration of Heart Health Month, community members are invited to attend the event and meet with our local health experts.
Hy-Vee’s Healthy You Mobile will be present and the event will include :
Free blood pressure checks
Biometric screenings at $45
Diabetes check at $35
Heart healthy products with samples
No appointments are necessary. Those who attend will be entered into a prize drawing.
