April 11th, 20134 Motors Network Meeting – Lyon Only 53% of French people sense themselves digitally competent Set up a regional plan to fight digital exclusion. Our goal is to develop e-skills of the Rhône-Alpes citizens, accompany vulnerable populations, educate to the new medias, … –The Digital Pass, e-skills development plan –Raise public awareness to new digital stakes by putting up a series of events. –Help the development of Public Internet Access Point –Support « Ordinateurs solidaires » : program aimed to recondition out of age computers. Spread out the links of digital solidarity
