5 Why we’re having a meeting in October?
We have a really short playing season in the spring We have a lot of goals to accomplish and they take year round efforts To continue to provide a great player experience for our daughters To keep developing the program

6 Budget Update Current Balance: $26,182
Minimum Annual Expenses (Coaches, events, etc.): $12,000 Estimated Net Balance: $14,000 Projects/Major Expenses: Fence replacement/repair: $14,000-$15,000 Field drainage repair: $10,000-$15,000 Clay replacement (Pitcher’s lane & batter’s boxes for both fields): $2,000+ Outfield Windscreen: $1,500-$3,000

7 Fall & Winter Fundraising Avenues
Today: HyVee Books! Each player is expected to sell 15 books for $5 each = $75. Pay your $75 tonight and get your money back as the books are sold. This will cost you NOTHING!!! Tuesday, October 30: Zoup Night! 5:00-8:00 PM 25% of all proceeds go to the program. Plan a night out and support the girls. Monday, December 3: Chocolate Candy Bars! The girls have asked to sell these and will be set up similar to HyVee books. More info. to follow. Sunday, December 30: Cub Cub by Target! Sign up Genius will be out in early December. We will also add a date in January. Basketball Concessions: 2 Players and 1 parent are required/needed to work 1 game (3 hr. time commitment). FlipGive.com: Eagan Wildcats Softball

9 Winter Domeball Team Formation: How team will be formed, size, of team, etc. Dates and times of winter domeball: Plan on starting the first Saturday evening of January-the last Saturday of February.

10 Captain’s Practices Captain’s practices are optional and paid for by the players. Cost to be determined Sunday, March 3rd from 7:30-9:30 the Rosemount Dome Wednesday, March 6th from 4-5 The Cages in Burnsville Sunday, March 10th from 7:30-9:30 the Rosemount Dome

11 2019 SEASON KEY DATES Monday, March 11-15: TRY-OUTS Wednesday, March 13: Try-outs will the Cages from 4-6 PM Friday, March 22: Practice at the Rosemount Dome 5:30-7:00 PM Wednesday, April 3: Practice at the Dundas Dome 5-7 PM Friday, April 5: Practice at the Rosemount Dome 10:00 PM-Midnight (Midnight Madness)
