Figure 3 Gene Ontology biological process. Gene Ontology biological processes enrichment analysis was performed on the cluster of 212 up-regulated genes that were found to be differentially expressed in the C-82–treated skin. Results show that these genes are associated with cellular, cholesterol, isoprenoid, and long-chain fatty-acyl-CoA biosynthetic processes commonly observed in adipocytes.
