Steven is our most experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. He has led commercial developments, retail and mixed use projects with a multitude of tenants and stakeholders, urban regeneration and complex refurbishment and alteration schemes.
He is a strong and experienced team leader, well versed in creating strict cost control regimes and providing support to design teams to achieve their design goals.
He specialises in implementing cost planning and cost control systems that deliver robust commercial management of complex projects.
