The yellow boxes with checks show how the Professional rated himself. This person rated himself all Accomplished.

Click in the box to the right of the check marks ONLY IF YOU AGREE WITH THE SELF EVALUATION. If you do not agree, do not click.

If you do not agree, leave it yellow.

8. You do not want red boxes on the Areas of Agreement.

If you try to mark an area that does not match what the teacher marked you get a red box. Remove the check from that box.

Click Share Agreements. This allows the Professional to see what the Evaluator has agreed to.
