Mobile Seva of DeitY is a centralised platform and infrastructure for mobile-based delivery and access of public services.
Provides multiple mobile based channels for delivery of the government services (eg. SMS, USSD, IVRS, m-apps)
Once integrated to any one channel provides automatic integration for the other available channels.
Free of cost integration.
Free Push SMS services to the Central/State Govt Dept/Agencies. 
Mobile Seva is integrated with all major telecommunication companies.
Allows for hosting / managing own m-Apps on the m-App Store
