FSIO R12 Certification Status
September 19-20, 2008 Successfully completed 2 day demonstration September 30, 2008: FSIO provided additional test scenarios to be demonstrated October 17, 2008 FSIO confirmed that output from initial demonstration fully met with their expectations First full week of January, 2009 Follow-up one-day demonstration scheduled with FSIO. September – We successfully conducted a two-day demonstration for FSIO. The demonstration included: 4 test cycle with a variety of transactions (i.e., requisitions, Pos, invoices, receivables, reimbursable agreements., PYA transactions, etc) a year-end closing process trial balances, transaction registers, and financial statements The initial demonstration did meet FSIO expectation for the test scripts provided. However, after the demonstration, FSIO indicated that they wanted us to demonstrate some additional scenarios in a follow-up demonstration. On September 30, the new list of scenarios was provided. This included some variation of the original scenarios not initially tested along with a number of new scenarios. The follow-up demonstration includes: A number of security scenarios Credit memo Netting A walkthrough of SLA rules After a thorough review of the output provided to FSIO from the initial demonstration, FSIO confirmed that this output met with their expectations. The follow-up demonstration will likely take a another full day and is schedule for January 7, Our expectation is that R12 should be certified by the end of January.

Future Release Schedule
EBS R12.1 Targeted for release in CY 2009 Include initial phase of Projects integration with SLA for reimbursable agreements EBS R12.1+ Content and timeframe to be determined after R12.1 is released.
