2. Additions to Mod 501
Existing NTS Entry Capacity Transfers at Bacton ASEP (from 1 Nov 15 onwards) to be unwound prior to splitting process.
The 2 parties involved in the transfer to agree in what proportion the Bacton ASEP transfer is recreated at the 2 new points (Bacton UKCS and Bacton IP)
Transfers to be recreated at the 2 new ASEPS following the reallocation period
Default if not agreed
Transfers will be reformed in proportion to how the Transferor splits their Primary holdings.

3. Suspended UNC Processes at Bacton (reminder)
Whilst the reallocation process is taking place, the following processes will be suspended
Transfers of NTS Entry Capcity (TPD B5) for the period 1 November 2015
New Capacity Constraint Management agreements (TPD B2.8) for the period 1 November 2015 onwards
There will be no October 2015 RMTTSEC auction for November 2015 NTS Entry Capacity at Bacton ASEP

4. Daily Auctions
Relevant daily auctions held in October 2015 for November 2015 NTS Entry Capacity at Bacton will not be suspended.
Mod 501 to be changed
Relevant Daily Auctions will be held for
Bacton UKCS in line with existing UNC rules.
Bacton IP in line with UNC Mod 500.
