Receipts/Payments/Insurance
Receipts for 1st payment of $ were issued already If 2nd Payment was made, that was indicated on the first receipt. 2nd payments were due November 16– receipts will be issued after that. 3rd and final payment is due January 11th . Please wait until we let you know the final price.

Receipts/Payments/Insurance
Cost is $64, and can save a tremendous amount, and we highly recommend it. Must be in by 2nd Payment. You can change your mind if you have not taken it.

Just a reminder… Students and Parents have signed a form on which our trip expectations have been listed. We are holding students to these expectations. Should a student’s participation in the trip come into question, a meeting will be arranged to discuss the situation (final decision will be made by administration)

Student Work Students who are on the trip will be required to do a school directed assignment based on the trip. This assignment will count. We are working on the plan of what to do with those who remain behind. Students on the trip are responsible for work missed during the trip.

Is it too late to back-out?
In a word – yes. Dropping by one person can increase the price for the rest by close to $10. There is no option to back out except for medical emergency (in which case it may be covered by insurance if that has been taken)

Roommate Form Choose up to 3 other people that you would like to room with. We guarantee you will get at least one person that you name You are only sleeping in the same room – you don’t need to be with them at all times. 2 double beds in each room Roommate lists will be ed to parents No changes! No form = we assign rooms Turn in to Mme MacIsaac within one week!

Medical Info Form If there are changes from what you initially indicated, please let us know. We will have a copy with us All medical conditions, allergies, medications are needing to be listed Health card # is needed

Fund Raising Raffle tickets are available… you can have part of $20,000… how much is up to you! Please return money and unsold tickets regularly – so that others can sell them. Students are encouraged to continue to fundraise on their own (shoveling, raking, babysitting, etc) Reminder - we are not permitting ‘public’ forms of fundraising (50/50 draws, etc)

Update on Raffle Tickets
4000 tickets were produced 3550 have been given out to be sold = $17,750 To date, we have 664 sold = $3320 Outstanding – 2861 tickets = $14,305 If you have taken tickets and not sold them – either sell them or return them! Top seller - $550… to date!

Next meeting The next parent meeting is tentatively set for January The final payment is due: January 11th Topics will include busses, trip agenda, things to bring etc.
