Running the eeo-1 report from payforce
Due back at Corporate MONDAY FEB 12, 2018 Pay period being used: 12/16/17 – 12/22/17 (Paydate: 12/29/17) Please review the slides prior to running the report, as you may want to run the audit on slide 12 first to check if there is missing information, before running the final PayForce report

Running EEO-1 Report instructions
1) Click on “HR/Compliance” tab outside the wheel, in PayForce 2) Expand “EEO Information & Reports” 3 ) Click on “EEO-1 (PER050)” regardless of whether your hotel has more or fewer than 50 employees

4) Enter paydate chosen. All hotels must use the same dates
5) Click the “Single Establishment Employer” radio button, as you will be running the report just for your hotel. 6) Once box appears, scroll and find your paygroup code. Check off the box next to your code. 7) Enter your information, please note the format (the info won’t populate on your report, we will need you to sign it pre-submission but report won’t run without the green items) 8) Click “Run Report”

9) Click “OK” on the prompt

11) Click on the Process Monitor icon.
Once the window appears, wait until the status changes to “Success”. You can click on “refresh” if needed until it does.

12) Once the report has processed, Click on the Report Output icon.
Double click on “per050.lis” The report on slide 7 will populate. Please follow the instructions on slide to submit your report to Corporate

Audit your report*, make sure that it accurately represents the amount of employees you employed in the pay period chosen (i.e. 12/16/17 – 12/22/17 PAYDATE 12/29/17) and that employees are in the appropriate categories. * You can run the old EEO-1 Report from ADP Reporting to compare (see slide 11 for how to) Enter your previous year’s count in LINE 11 (see slide 10) from your 2016 report (will be ed to you) Once you are sure your report reflects all the information needed to be reported to government, please sign at the bottom and date** to Lisa Besescheck and CC Daniela Burga . We will review your report at Corporate and let you know if there are any questions. **if you are a select service hotel where there is no HR Director, your GM MUST ALSO sign that the report is complete and ready to file. Each hotel will receive a copy of the 2016 report that was filed.
In this sample, I have added the letters under each category to match what you see in the ADP PAYFORCE report, as they do not name the race categories. When auditing, be sure to compare your reports together. Typically unless your staff turns over a lot, there are not many changes in the population. This should represent your area demographics. Running the ADP REPORTING EEO-1 AUDIT REPORT
1) Log onto ADP Reporting 2) Copy the report titled “EEO-1 Report” to your username as “Private” (If you have previously copied the report, find your report and select to run it.) 3) On Step 7 “Run Report” change Static Date to “12/22/2017” and scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your paygroup code in the blank box titled “Paygroup Code” 4) Click “Run” If you have other reports that you use to audit your EEO-1 you may use that as well. Running the ADP REPORTING EEO-1 AUDIT REPORT You may use this to audit your PayForce Report before submitting
