Simple structured templates can be helpful in collecting key themes for senior interviews. They can then be incorporated into an output report for circulation if required The following pages contain various templates for capturing what you have heard in your senior interviews. It may be helpful to use some or all of these to organise and report on your findings It is also important to identify themes. The template on the following page can be used to separate prevailing views from alternative views and in doing so help to identify genuine themes in the views of the senior management
