In your mind, pick a peaceful sound/word (mantra)
Concentration In your mind, pick a peaceful sound/word (mantra) Repeat this mantra in your mind, quietly, peacefully. Focus on it. Ignore your stress, your body, your emotions. Focus on the mantra. Kung Fu Panda
