IHE Partnership Project Objective: Increase the number of undergraduate and graduate educator preparation programs that integrate Response to Intervention (RtI) content into their program curricula (courses and field experiences).
Work is Carried out by Technical Assistance Coordinators (TACs):
Selection: All TACs chosen because of demonstrated expertise in RtI and ability to facilitate IHE faculty workgroups.
Rationale for TACs at each IHE: IHE faculty at partner IHEs respond to working with someone within their own institution rather than an outside consultant.
Key Tasks: 1) Work directly with faculty teams at Illinois IHEs and 2) Provide professional development opportunities (training, technical assistance, and coaching) for IHE faculty.
