2 Fig 1 Cluster of genes regulated by HD in skeletal muscle. Columns indicate subjects and condition (pre-HD or post-HD) in which the sample was obtained. For each probe set, the normalized expression of each subject represents the number of SDs from the mean. The intensity of each block represents the magnitude of difference from the mean. Red indicates upregulated genes, and blue, downregulated gene. Results show that 22 genes were upregulated in muscle and 1gene (TOB1) was downregulated during HD.
