1. Folsom High School Class: AP Human Geography Grade: 11/12
Description of Class: A yearlong course that focuses on the distribution, processes, and effects of human population on the planet. Employing spatial concepts and landscape analysis to examine human social organization and its environmental consequences. In addition to learning the methods and tools geographers use in their science and practice, students will take part in internet activities, actively collaborate with classmates, and express ideas and opinions through class discussion during exploration of course topics.
