2 What is a source? It is the place you get information from.

3 If you are working on the animal project, you are hopefully using several sources.
What are some sources that you could use for your animal project?

4 It’s important that when you’re researching that you are using good information.
Would you likely want to use your three-year-old brother to learn more about gazelles?

5 A good way to tell if you are using a good source is to check the author’s credentials.
Books, magazines, and newspapers are usually good sources because they are backed by a publishing company.

6 Internet problems!!! The internet is a great tool, but the problem is anyone can publish something on the internet. Not all information is right.

7 Here’s how to make sure the internet article is a good source.
Author: Is the author an expert? Date: How old is the internet source? Bibliography: Did the author list sources? Bias: Is it mostly opinions or is the information backed by facts. Distractions: There are few advertisements that distract the reader.

8 Please always fact check all online sources. Let’s rate the sources
