7. * Wellness Break -
Grades 5 to 8 students are welcome to come to the library for 2nd recess to have some QUIET down time.
The Wellness Break will allow you to settle into a quiet corner in the library to read a book, do some drawing or some quiet, independent activity.
No talking, chatting, doing homework, or technology allowed.

8. Worsley Cheer Competition
Hey Worsley, don’t forget! We’re still working on building school spirit!!! We need a new cheer, something unique, just about Worsley, that we can use as a school at assemblies, and as a team when we have sports games. Entries need to be submitted to Mrs. Hesselink in the library by Friday, November 30th. You can submit your cheer in paper form or as a video. We’d like your cheer to be: 1) catchy, 2) easy to memorize, 3) unique, 4) about Worsley and 5) about seconds in length. Happy creating!

9. WORSLEY WEAR!
Worsley Wear is back! Items are now available for purchase and some of them can be viewed in the front foyer. Please be careful with these items if you go to see them. Show your school spirit by buying your Worsley Wear and wearing it proudly! If you are in junior or intermediate, and play on a sports team, we encourage you to buy a sports t-shirt with your personalized name and number. Items will be available for purchase until December 3rd. There are sample sizes that you can try on in the office.

10. Uke Club
We will meet in the Library at 11am. Come earlier if you need help tuning your uke.

11. Primary Arts Club
We will meet in Mme. Steeves room on Thursday, during second break, after lunch at 1:20pm, for grades 2 and 3.
You only need to bring yourself for this crafting session.

12. Intermediate Girls Basketball
Mr. Knox and Ms. McCartney would like to thank the Intermediate Girls Basketball team for a great tournament yesterday at CCI! The girls showed great grit, determination, displayed true sportsmanship and incredible team work.
Congratulations girls, we are so proud of you!

Today is Wasteless Wednesday! Environment Club members please meet at 10:40 sharp in Ms. Holroyd’s room to collect tallies for litterless lunches. GO GREEN WORSLEY!!!
