It ensures you get your daily, weekly and monthly tasks done on time, helps you keep track of projects on deadline and ensures you're organized throughout the day.

14. Making an Apology
To apologize means to tell someone that you are sorry for having done something that has caused inconvenience or unhappiness.
The simplest way to apologize is to say, “I’m sorry.” However, there are several other phases that can also be used to apologize to another person.

I'd like to apologize for...
I am so sorry for...
I shouldn't have...
Please, forgive me for...

15. Making an Apology There are also many ways to accept an apology.
The simplest way is to say, “That’s okay.” However, there are several other phases that can also be used.
That's all right.
Never mind.
Don't apologize.
It doesn't matter.
Don't worry about it.
I understand.
Forget about it.
Don't worry about it.
No harm done.
Don't mention it.
Important: If you apologize to someone, be sincere. By apologizing, you are telling
the other person you will make the same mistake again.
Do not say “You’re welcome.” when someone apologizes to you.
You’re welcome is used when someone says “Thank you.”; NOT when someone says “I’m sorry.”
